@Based_Otto@bornposting I thought Dalton was excellent. Serious and hard edged but without the bitterness of Craig if that makes sense. I liked the plot, generally the story was great but it started wandering a bit as it went on IMO. Need to watch License to Kill next.
@lmurrz Walken was a great villain, definitely top 5 at least. AVTAK gets a lot of (much of it deserved) criticism but I think it’s sneakily better than people make it out to be. Banger of an opening song too
@nise_yoshimi Need the guitar to trickle in as he’s driving down the road, with the horns coming in full blast as he pulls up to the Wendy’s drive through speaker
@SNYtv@DannyAbriano If there’s a button that fires Stearns, Mendoza, and DFA’s half the team then yes - they should slam that button as hard as possible
@SNYtv Great! Now with 2 outs Peterson is already 30 pitches in, throwing balls so far outside of the zone they could be landing in Cuba, Mets down 2 runs and it’s still the top of the first lmao. Great team
@TownsUsa sheepishly walking out of the break room which now curiously smells like a 4th of July barbecue, dabbing at a mustard spot on my chin, when my manager rounds the corner:
@KickinitwitKeef You know he’s got a point, the Mets have had a ridiculously crazy schedule, especially when you consider they’ve had to face teams like
*squints*
The Rockies, Diamondbacks and the Angels
