On Thursday, June 25, Fremont PD attended the midterm inspection at the Santa Clara County Justice Training Center for Police Academy Class #36. Our five recruits have reached the halfway point of the academy and are on track to graduate later this year.

Driver’s Education ought to be mandatory to all people who want to drive and those who are already driving. Read the book, learn what hydroplaning is, etc.

Where I live in CA, there is no Speed Minimum on the freeway. In other states there are Speed Minimums, but not where I live. You can go 45 on the freeway on a Sunday, especially if you have a spare tire on that tells you not to go fast.

From what I can gather, there was a case in Mississippi that brought the Roe v Wade case into the spotlight pointing out that the Court should have never played a role in a woman’s right to abortion. So, people want RvW back in place, but this can’t be with this new discovery…

It’s confusing, but it sounds like the Court made an oopsie and EVERYONE went along with it for so many decades to find out the default, that it’s up to the woman, was always there from the get-go. They are just washing their hands clean and leaving it up to the..,

You shouldn’t have to pay for makeup samples. They should be free. It’s part of business. Keep it simple. It’s a “take home” to promote, and not an end game. End game should be to bring business back into the store. Who the F cares about samples anyway?

It’s weird how kids need to be 21 yo to drink bc their brain is still developing and basically can’t make good decisions, YET somehow in the medical field kids can start making decisions for themselves behind closed doors at the doctor’s office at age 11/12 yo. Dafuq?

I know it sounds dumb, but sometimes I wonder if it's a good idea to go back to a regular printed photo album and calendar where you literally pen/pencil in events so not to worry so much about hacking. But then fires and thieves, right? Bring back the iPod Classic!

I'm looking for a job and I see many posts looking for people that sound like they might be abusing drugs. That isn't me. Any jobs out there that are a little more chill? Highly motivated sounds like my eyes are bugged out and I've got a crazy grin. Nope.

Job hunting these days makes me feel like Bartleby the Scrivner. I just prefer not to . . . be a receptionist, be social, design, be social, attend dumb meetings, acclimate to the office politics . . . try to find a good place for lunch, make friends . . . it's so annoying to me.

Sad that the Red Lobster in Fremont, CA is closing. This is the Red Lobster that I went to for my Jr. Prom in the 90s. And don't forget all the times with family. I really hope they figure something out. I was planning on going there. I'm still coming out of the pandemic!

Should I buy another hp printer again? I barely print anymore because their cartridges are so expensive.
