@JohnMu Please can you point me in the right direction for recovery of our local listing. We are a real business, with a real address, and it was verified. Google asked for proof of documentation, which was uploaded, but rejected, despite being the official Limited company docs.

@Telegraph Shocking news. David Knowles, will be a sadly missed part of each day. He made his mark on the world, & would, I'm sure be proud of the work of all of his colleagues will carry forward, as we are of what he achieved in such a tragically a short life. @FrancisDearnley @DomNicholls

Hi @JohnMu I'm seeing a client home page, last updated January 2022, cached and spidered yesterday, but showing a date of Jan 2017 in Google results. No markup, source code, videos, I can see mention the date. Some images in 2017 folder. Any thoughts on where to look please!? :-)

Controversial SEO opinion of the day:

My team has discovered all types of keywords and topics that don't show any volume using Google's Keyword Planner.

My understanding is that the KP doesn't show volume for certain restricted topics that are off-limits to advertisers.

@MattWoodwardUK IMO, a busy niche provides more opportunities for longer tail phrases, which are becoming increasingly important and are often attainable. These help with the more competitive phrases over time.

[Keith Saye @BigBlastDesign]

@Kevin_Indig @gulfamrai07 Do you count on and off site duplicates in that?

[Keith Saye @BigBlastDesign]

@JohnMu @MordyOberstein Amen to that...

[Keith Saye @BigBlastDesign]

@MattWoodwardUK really enjoyed your presentation at BrigtonSEO yesterday. Do you have to spider the whole site to find the orphaned section / page or do you have a technique for that with @screamingfrog ?

@DropboxSupport Hi, my account seems to have been 'merged' with another companies when I joined their shared folder. I cannot now get into my own account, or receive lost password emails and am not getting any support replies, despite several attempts.. Please can you help!?

[Keith Saye @BigBlastDesign]

Thanks for sharing Kevin @Kevin_Indig :-)

When you want to drive traffic to a large site, you have to operate at scale.

Internal linking is one of those levers you can pull and throughout my career, it was always a lever that delivered results in SEO.

That's why I poured my brain out and dropped +5K words on it.

@RishiSunak when is the new kickstart for jobs scheme coming in, please? I'm wanting to get people signed up so that I can get new potential long term staff and expand my business. It seems like an ideal way to get going, but still no details emerging? #KickstartScheme

Is deduping Featured Snippets really harmful to traffic? 🤔

I analyzed 2,000 of our snippets and came to a different conclusion than what my gut feeling initially told me.
