His asinine threat to shut off power to the US, the crown royal pour, and now this. Premier Ford should understand that while these stunts might be good politics w/ the ‘elbows- up’ crowd in Ont they are worse than reckless in terms of our economy. https://t.co/WO5IOnyTFA
The Prime Minister said everything would get better, but after 6 months, everything is worse.
Crime, tariffs, inflation, deficits, immigration, housing — all spiraling out of control.
Mark Carney prances around abroad while Canadians pay the price at home.
✍️ Gun licences are federal, but Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says the province is ‘working right now’ on setting up its own firearms licensing system, writes Don Braid
The Liberals seem clueless about the furious Prairie resistance to gun buybacks https://t.co/YkgyeT29Gj
CONFISCATION ISN'T FUNNY: MP @BlaineFCalkins calls for the Liberal Safety Minister to be fired for claiming to be 'joking' about taking people's firearms. "Taking peoples property... isn't funny. Wasting $750M... isn't funny. Demonizing law-abiding Canadians... isn't funny." 🇨🇦
Here is just one example of the Federal Government buyback program of so called assault “style” rifles. This is a Weatherby Mark V Safari Custom and is item 30130 on the federal list. The Federal government is wasting $7950 of taxpayer money to deprive a hunter from using this rifle. A large portion of the targeted guns are in fact hunting rifles used by Indigenous people and hunters. 🤔🇨🇦🆘🤡
Well look what I found.
4 years ago CBC aired this story warning Canadians about Tylen0l & pregnancy.
Now they claim there is nothing to worry about? Unbelievable.
Keeping Saskatchewan families safe is a top priority.
That’s why our government is making significant investments to strengthen law enforcement across the province.
We’re adding 100 new municipal police officers in communities throughout Saskatchewan, and by 2026 the Saskatchewan Marshal Service will reach a full complement of 70 officers to fill gaps where policing presence is needed.
As crime becomes more complex, we’re ensuring more boots on the ground are supported by targeted investments to prevent crime and hold offenders accountable.
These measures will help ensure Saskatchewan families and communities remain safe and secure.
How many people got rich while Liberals peddled woke DEI initiatives?
$1 billion in 9 years to amass power and wealth in the hands of ideological activists and Liberal insiders.
Mark Carney pushes the same ideology while Canadians pay the price.
Saskatchewan will strongly oppose the federal government’s attempt to limit the provinces’ ability to use the notwithstanding clause. This would mean a significant infringement on the autonomy of provinces and their elected legislatures.
The common argument that using the notwithstanding clause is a violation of the Constitution is false. The notwithstanding clause is part of the constitution that Premiers like Alberta’s Peter Lougheed and Saskatchewan’s Allan Blakeney fought to have included, because they understood that when there is a “collision of rights,” the will of the duly elected legislature, not the courts, should prevail.
“In other words,” Premier Blakeney wrote, “if Parliament or the legislature decides that the breach of a charter right or freedom not set out in the Charter, or where political or other circumstances are such that compliance with a Charter right will produce undesirable results, Parliament or the legislature may act “notwithstanding” the Charter right or notwithstanding a decision of the court that a Charter right has been breached.
This seems to me to be an elegant way to deal with the inevitable decisions that will occur between rights which we seek to protect through legislative and executive action, and rights which we seek to protect through judicial action.”
I completely agree with Premier Blakeney and strongly disagree with Ottawa’s attempt to limit provinces’ ability to use the notwithstanding clause.

This is the reality of what's going on in Canada, and the government couldn't care less. They're focused only on confiscating firearms from Canadians who hold a firearms license and use their property in a safe and responsible manner.
Something's up here. Something bad.
Prime Minister Carney returns from Mexico with nothing other than another fake deal about “dialogues,” “elevating our partnerships,” “orient joint actions.”
Committees will meet. Talks will be spoken. Pictures taken.
We’ve had free trade with Mexico for 3 decades. Today’s visit adds nothing but photo ops.
