Feel like I need to address the last few days, I don’t know how else to do it but to say, how overwhelming the response has been! I wasn’t expecting it at all, I love you all, and I am so grateful to be a part of this #Mariners family.
Now let’s go win this series…

Lots of people vague or don’t understand what makes the ball start and curve in certain ways. No shame in it, all part of the learning continuum and I’m more than happy to simplify and clarify it. Assuming a center struck shot, “The face sends it and the path bends it”. It’s good to know as you can read the feedback from your strike point and ball flight to then improve your swing. There are other variables caused by striking different parts of the club called “Gear Effect”, but let’s save that for another day 👍 @PaigeSpiranac 👍
Are you looking to create a more CONSISTENT swing?
Having a structured top of backswing could help...
If this is something you struggle with, I’ll show you the 8 most common reasons you can’t achieve this position, & what you need to do to fix it
🧵👇
The most common swing tendency I see from the recreational golfer is by far a "Sway & Tilt" pattern
Lower body slides away from the target & the upper body tilts towards the target
On the right, you'll see this student has now eliminated this pattern. Didn't take him long 👊
If you want 3 drills to fix this issue, you can get them via the FREE PDF I've put together below 👇
15 teams won 10+ games this season.
Only one missed the playoffs: The #Seahawks, who finished 10-7 in Mike Macdonald's first season but lost the NFC West on a deep tiebreaker.
Do you struggle with reading greens? You feel like you made a pretty good stroke, and the ball doesn’t go in?
Let me introduce to you my 3-step system I use to teach golfers how to read greens like the pros!

I love the length of swing.
In my opinion, a lot of amateurs would hit the ball much further (and maybe more accurately) if they trusted themselves to make a longer, more free backswing.
Gives plenty of time to build up speed gradually on the downswing.
Doesn’t require as much flexibility as most amateurs think either. In the backswing, allow the lead heel to raise, allow the right knee to extend a bit, allow the hips to rotate. You might surprise yourself with how much range of motion you have and how easily you can add speed, without trying harder.
It might take a bit of time to get used to, like all changes in movement pattern.
If you can't stop coming over the top, here's a great drill for you!
You can see that a student of mine suffers from this exact move, & this is a drill/feel I gave him to train the body to not open as quickly, & to allow the arms to work more down, not out.
Give that a go & if you are struggling with certain areas of your game & can't figure out a solution, my DMs are always open so let's chat about a game plan to get you improving 👊
