A Web3 payment system that businesses can actually deploy needs to support:

日本便利店巨头罗森刚刚干了件大事——全球首次实现POS收银机直接读取稳定币支付，不用专门的终端，不用二维码，手机钱包的条形码往收银机上一扫，直接扣款。

8月6日和8月17日，罗森在东京两家直营店做了实验。

8月6日在高轮Gateway店，用HashPort Wallet，结算日元稳定币JPYC。8月17日在Shiba Tower店，用MetaMask，结算USDC、USDT和JPYC。整个流程通过持牌支付服务商提供多码支付网关完成，绕开原来的专用结算终端。

为什么这是个里程碑？

过去在日本便利店用稳定币，你得掏专门的结算终端或扫二维码，操作复杂。现在直接把POS机升级，让它能读钱包里的条形码——这是稳定币走向日常支付的关键一步。

日本对加密资产一直管得严，但今年明显在加速。罗森这次实验，本质上是在测试未来加密支付能不能像刷信用卡一样简单。

一旦跑通，意味着什么？你手机里的USDC，可以直接在日本便利店买饭团了。

这跟段永平买Circle的逻辑一样——稳定币正在从交易所走向真实世界。Circle的USDC已经是合规美元稳定币的代表，现在连日本零售巨头都在测试它的线下支付场景。

投机时代退场，支付时代进场。
