@northernassist Terrible service again. Not able to get on the 12:22 chorley-Manchester as the conductor said it was too full but there was another in 10 mins which was a lie. Having to go by taxi and unable to get a refund for the train shocking northern rail as normal.
September. So i was told to get a prepaid dongle and they would reimburse me. I contacted them today after nearly 1hr30mins on the phone they now tell me that they wont reimburse me until the 19th. Joke. Bring back @SkyHelpTeam
Terrible service from @Virgin broadband. I was supposed to be connected yesterday so thats when my original provider ended. They found a fault on the line that they installed and checked (apparently) before the arranged installation date. Now I have no broadband until the 20th
