@AScot94175440@alexmassie Look at the scale of Lindon financial economy compared to oil.
The skyscrapers were paid for by banks not the gov.
But understand you don’t like facts.
@Frecklish1@RexKwonDo_@EddiCurrent@SirTomHunter Thats nice.
All you have is insults and ignorance. Come up with a reasoned case why people would be better off.
Otherwise you’re just like trump with a teacake.
@AScot94175440@alexmassie We don’t have the population or the economic need to build skyscrapers.
All that revenue is sunk into ‘free’ stuff like bread and circuses
@stoneyatvt@staylorish Can you envisage just how much actual stuff 400k buys when its is spent rather than invested.
That is a huge amount of disposable income to horse on stuff you don’t need. They weren’t that well paid that its a rounding error.
@BrechinYes2 Who would pay for it given that it would only provide for intermittent need given our renewable levels.
And the reason there is not one already is because Norway vetoed it so they could ensure they kept more of their supply.
Relying on delusions of unicorns is not a strategy.
