Yelp has me on hold for almost 36 just because I told them I want a refund of my money that they fraudulently stole from me. I cancelled my ad program with them 2 months ago but they are charging for upgrades that I never subscribed to. #yelp #yelpcorporate

@NavyFederal @zelle why can I trust the information in your app? If the app says my money will not leave my account until I verify then I should be able to count on that. Why did you send without verification?

So I just got screwed over by @NavyFederal. Their app wanted me to verify myself before it sent my zelle transaction and no money would be sent unless I called them. I didn’t verify and they sent the money anyway. It was fraud!! They won’t give me back my money.
