So I got back from college and hour ago and now only one monitor is working. The PC won't detect a second display, and there's only one red light where theUSB port is and there's supposed to be a blue light inside of where the HDMI cables are in. Has anyone had this issue before?

Does anyone know how to setup a capture card? Because I have the PS4 connected and the monitor connected and the capture card connected to the TV and the capture card connected to the PC and my obs still won't show what my console is displaying.
