After promising not to raise taxes and exercise fiscal restraint, Gov. Bob Ferguson signed budgets back-to-back with the largest tax increases in WA state history (SB 5998) and the second largest tax increases in WA state history (SB 5167).

These budget had sky high property tax and rent hikes (HB 2049), a huge expansion of the sales tax even taxing childcare, health care, charities, & non-profits (SB 5814), an Income Tax that will eventually be on everyone (SB 6346), a $782 MILLION cut to Medicaid (SB 5167), cuts to childcare & healthcare (SB 5167), and so much more --all to fund a MASSIVE SPENDING SPREE.

Despite all of that, the far left majority spent so much money that they're in a budget shortfall. Gov. Ferguson says, "I won't be proposing new taxes," to fill the fiscal hole.

The hysteria over the unsurprising resent decisions of the Roberts Court shines a light on the real problem facing America today. Of the three branches of government, we currently have an activist Judiciary, a powerful Executive, but a flat tire when it comes to the Legislative branch.

Birthright citizenship, for example, was not expected to be overturned by the Supreme Court. Congress could easily establish common sense legislation that would define more clearly the original purpose and boundaries intended by the 14th Amendment. That would, however, require John Thune to act like an American statesman rather than a RINO hack, so there is, as usual, no hope.

As long as the pansy-ass Republicans mince around the halls of Congress, we are doomed.

🚨 Today the California Senate Committee held a hearing on the “Stop Nick Shirley Act,” known as AB 2624. This bill will criminalize and punish anyone from looking into fraud inside immigrant communities in California.

Attorney General Nick Brown's office tried to hide their collusion with Senator Jamie Pedersen on the Income Tax. It did not go well for them.

988 pages of accidentally unredacted documents were released to two media organizations, showing they had advised the legislature on how to craft the tax to intentionally violate our state constitution.
This was done to persuade the state Supreme Court to overturn almost a century of precedent and allow a progressive income tax in Washington state.
