Property taxes up.
Utility bills up.
Cost of living up.
And now Illinois wants to raise tolls by 45 cents.
How much more can Springfield squeeze out of working families before enough is enough?
👇 Do you support the toll hike?
🚨JB Pritzker was caught on tape trying to sort government officials by race, including saying which Black politicians belong in which roles.
Can you imagine anything more insulting? This is just a game for him.
Governor JB Pritzker signed his $56B budget yesterday, bringing the number of tax and fee increases in his two terms to 63.
In his two terms, his tax increases have taken a cumulative $77 billion more from taxpayers, and this does not include an additional $8.5B a year higher property taxes since 2019.
Illinois residents now pay the highest state and local taxes and fees in the entire nation. Pritzker’s tax policies have throttled Illinois economy, which has produced less than 10K private sector job growth since Pritzker became governor.
Pritzker claims Trump tore down the ballroom to build a “gold-laden one in his image” costing taxpayers $300 million.
Reality: The White House never had a proper ballroom. Trump is building a new one, privately funded. Not one dime of taxpayer money.
Meanwhile in Illinois under Pritzker: $2.5+ BILLION on migrants and the highest property taxes in America.
Sit this one out, Pritzker.🔥🇺🇸
Clip from @GovPritzker
250 years ago, Americans launched a revolution over taxes.
Today, Illinois families pay the highest tax burden in the United States.
JB Pritzker would’ve been King George’s favorite tax collector.
8 of 8 Pritzker budgets were “balanced” with tax hikes on Illinois’ poor and middle class, when we already pay the highest combined state and local taxes in the nation.
Is this what “progressivism” is supposed to look like?
It is not balanced. You are counting on a $200 million social media tax that will be challenged in court. You slighted pensions by over $5 billion. Your digital media tax will also be challenged in court. And even if it were considered balanced, it only happened with $800 million in tax increases.
CA homeless admit they are paid to fill out 4 to 5 fraudulent ballots a day or every time ballot mules come to rig California Elections.
The is a sophisticated election fraud operation funded with your taxpayer dollars through shady NGOs and Democrat politicians.
Mari Hicks posted a photograph of herself pretending to urinate on the grave of Austin Metcalf, a 17-year-old boy who was murdered and whose memory should be treated with basic human decency.
What kind of person mocks and desecrates the final resting place of a murdered child?
🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Tens of thousands of Spencer Pratt voters are now receiving rejection letters from the county clerk saying that their ballots were not counted due to signature irregularities. Yet, Governor Gavin Newsom just passed legislation that would make it illegal for anyone conducting oversight, to contest signatures that they deemed fraudulent. Democrats allow ballots to be signed with an X, a -, or a 🙂 to pass and count, but all of a sudden, only Republican signatures are being flagged for irregularities, rejected, and not counted. 🤔 One of these California Republican voters said that his signature has been on file for over 20 years and there has never been an issue until he voted for Spencer Pratt. Nithya Ramen has beaten Spencer Pratt by less than 3000 votes. There are at least 18,000 Pratt voters who received this letter saying their votes were rejected.
Illinois has the most state pension debt in America — by a wide margin. How bad is it?
IL Pension Debt: $145.49B
The bottom 41 states combined: $145.77B
IL population: ~12.7M Bottom 41 states: ~180M
And Pritzker and his allies in Springfield are considering pension sweeteners that could add $76B+ more in costs for Illinois taxpayers.
This is not sustainable. This is a crisis.
@jonesville Of course he wants to go after the weakest part of society. Fucking cowards. Rest assured you try that shit with the wrong one and you will get your thoughts split in two at 900 FPS. Punk bitches
.@GovPritzker did not "eliminate" his planned gas tax hike, of course. He delayed it until after his election.
What makes this lazily fallacious tweet even more egregious is the fact that Pritzker has quietly squeezed Illinois drivers every year since 2019, and he made it so state lawmakers don't even have to cast a vote to make it happen!
In addition to doubling the state gas tax from 19 to 38 cents that year, he also implemented yearly inflationary gas tax increases that occur every July automatically.
There is no expiration date on these tax hikes. By 2056, the statewide gas tax could exceed $1 per gallon, which is five times higher than before Pritzker took office. Meanwhile, lawmakers get to avoid casting unpopular votes, dodging accountability from taxpayers entirely.
Not to mention, federal data shows fewer Illinois roads are considered "acceptable" now than in 2015, before these massive hikes began.
Who is still falling for this stuff?
