Day 1/30 of building in public for the @SuperteamEarn @SuperteamBR Solana x ZeroClaw Bounty 🦞

​The Goal: First place 🥇
The Strategy: Build a pure-core, lightweight WASM (wasm32-wasip2) transaction & data infrastructure crate (Track E) optimized for the ZeroClaw AI runtime.

No heavy solana-sdk bloat, just clean, hand-rolled instructions, waki for HTTP RPC streaming, and strict immutable guardrails built directly into the Rust logic.

Design phase is locked in. Hitting the IDE later tonight to spin up the repo structure and map out the tool-plugin WIT world interfaces. Let's build.
