Biggar Gin - Clyde Valley Plum is a seasonal addition to the range from The Biggar Gin Co. It moves away from their signature citrus forward flavour profile and introduces a plum infused flavour from plums grown in the Clyde Valley.

50ml @biggargin Asian Spiced Rum
60ml Coconut Water
30ml Condensed Milk
7.5ml Lime Juice
15ml Banana Liqueur

Sling it all in a shaker with ice
