@BitsHammer I think it could be AdMech. The claws look a little chaos-y but the paneling screams Imperium. If it was AdMech, then that would account for the claws looking that way.
My second guess would be a necromunda squat mech.

I don't mind if it's someone's leftover vehicle bits box or various bodies & legs, but I'm not buying a half-built tyranid monster with no kitbash opportunities.
