@malachimafo Great point, Malz. Read access vs write access is the line I'd draw too. Suggesting slots is low risk. Booking, cancelling or changing data should need confirmation and a handoff to a person. A tool call isn't a finished workflow. Thanks for adding this!
Chatbot vs AI agent: a chatbot follows a script. An AI agent can understand the request, use tools and take action, like checking a calendar and booking a slot.
@Joshua_WD Thanks Josh! Totally agree. The agent handles the repetitive first call and a person makes the decision. And yes, booking the follow-up interview is the natural next step: pass the screen, get offered a slot, land on the recruiter's calendar.
I built an AI voice agent that handles first-round recruiter calls.
Watch it screen a candidate (test data), then log the result to a sheet automatically.
Vapi + n8n + OpenAI. A human still makes the hiring call.
What would you automate first? 👇

A simple lead automation: form submitted → instant text and email → lead added to CRM → reminder to follow up if there’s no reply. That’s the whole idea. Simple beats clever.
A booked appointment isn't a kept appointment.
Plenty of businesses put all their effort into getting the booking, then do nothing between "confirmed" and "show up."
A simple reminder sequence closes that gap:
What I do: AI voice agents, n8n workflows, GoHighLevel setups, AI agents, lead management systems and automation consulting. One goal: less manual work, fewer dropped leads.
Finally got my Old and first ever creation LinkedIn account back.. Thanks for the support @LinkedInHelp I can’t access my old email again, can’t access my phone number and everything relate to it, only the profile link
Thanks for your support once again..
Quick question: how long does it take your business to reply to a new lead? If the honest answer is “whenever I get to it,” there’s money on the table.
@favoritetechgal Ads is expensive as a beginner.
Referral is very important as a beginner, that's basically all you've got.
Personal branding takes time but it's worth it.
