@AmericanAir it’s been 2+ weeks with no resolution in sight. I am still out $1200+ and continue to receive nothing but auto generated emails. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

@AmericanAir I’d love a chance to talk to you directly about how due to your lack of communication and at times flat out lies, my fiance and I took 2 extra days to get home from Costa Rica. NO assistance or accountability by your team whatsoever.
@AmericanAir Still nothing. Are there that many complaints? The $25 credit I was offered in an email is insulting and doesn’t come close to the more than $1k in expenses we’ve incurred as a result of all this.
