@FlyAirNZ Having paid 5k to fly home, you feel its acceptable for it to take 3 and a half days. If youd have put standby staff on we could have gotten our first flight. Your los angeles team dont exist. Luckily virgin took pity on us and rebooked our flights. Your service is horrendous

@FlyAirNZ I was due to be on the the cancelled san fean flight sat from auckland. Headed for uk, you rebooked me onto a flight with not enoughtime to make my rebooked flight from lax to lhr. Im stuck in lax 3 days later, no comunication, noone to help us. Shocking service.

@FlyAirNZ Im not going to reply privately to avoid you the embarrassment. You need a customer service line that takes less than 4 hours answer and you need to have at least one real representative at lax when you cause 50 people to miss their connecting flights. My ref is 7RYELH
