@xMBGx It would, and a big component of that is the steam machine for the living room. While pricy you aren’t locked into online subscriptions year over year. And depending on the quality of your gaming you may not need to upgrade all that often.

Frankly I trust Xbox PC store over PSN

@_Tom_Henderson_ At the time it felt difficult to stomach the $500 launch price. I wouldn’t pay more than I did for my consoles. I won’t be buying the next gen at these current prices, just glad I put the money into a new PC when I did before the big jump.

Do what you have to do @asha_shar and remove day one 1st party releases from gamepass. Alternatives could be a higher paid tier and or gamepass having a discount for 1st party games on release. What makes sense for consumers does not make sense for the business.

@GamER_MD_Actual @asha_shar PSN performs to well because it has been a primary revenue driver for the company so it drives the business decisions.

Xbox has consistently been an afterthought and its performance in the market shows that.

@Puertorock77_ That I only got a chance to enjoy the joy of it, halo ce, halo 2, and fable 2 when my cousin came to visit. I was deep in PS2 territory at the time. Those instances changed the trajectory of what I thought I liked.

My experience in corporate America appears that the “yes people” are the ones often promoted for the sake of corp unity. Doesn’t mean that Matt doesn’t voice himself privately

@RevolverJerm You act like I follow you and should know this. All I noticed was your post said “ PS5 players aren’t going to buy a console to play this”. Which that’s a fair statement to make when they barely purchased gears of war remastered and didn’t buy an Xbox one for gears 5.
