One of the problems with people today is shiny object syndrome

They’ll start whatever’s new or trendy instead of sticking to whatever it is they’re already working on.

Every three to four weeks they change direction chasing the “next big thing” without following any single one through to completion.

If you can stick to one thing for a few years. you’re guaranteed to either succeed or realize that it’s not worth your time, and that too is a win.
