@HSBC_UK How about when I ring your 0345 number and get past the useless robot and ring through to complaints they answered the phone instead of my sharing my personal details online. That would be useful

@LookfantasticCS When I finally get an email of actual content from the team telling me my parcel will be dispatched between 10 - 12th October and it wasn't, what a waste of your time in sending the email and mine in reading it. Any real support you'd care to provide?

@parcelforce what does this mean? I can't track my parcel and when I ring you service number it's automated systems that go round in circles. Very disappointed with the services I've received so far.
