@darylvazmp So emergency gives 1 the right 2buy old limited shelf life buses with exorbitant overheads due 2retrofitting, etc instead of buying brand new buses that would have a longer shelf life & less maintenance cost just like emergency caused us 2buy starlink with European plugs. WOW!
