@altontowers wasted fasttrack on Smiler after an hour of waiting should only have been 10 mins...wife and child weren't allowed to queue so had to wait on own not going on any rides as not 1.4...PA system not working in queue...unhelpfull staff !!!

1 - misrepresented mortgage information, costing me thousands of pounds.
2 - wait for hours each day trying to change my mortgage but lloyds technical issue is not allowing me too.
3 - Constantly dropping calls and not calling back.

My complaint timing of 8 weeks is expected to expire on Oct 12th, but case handler that I have chased does not return calls.
@LloydsBank I can not get access to my account due to a technical issue your end....i have been trying tonget access for weeks which is costing me money and is not my fault.
Tech dept are meant to be looking into it but surely 24hrs is long enough.

@LEGOLANDWindsor terrible customer service....booked 2 days in park with hotel for 8...lego land decide to not open park on one of days...no discount and wont let us change hotel to the nexy day when park is open....furious
