@eBay_UK have a word with yourselves. Utter joke! Placed an order for pick up at a collection point. Receive notification it’s ready to collect. Go to collect & collection point have lost the item. But that’s my fault & I’m still charged for item I never received!! Very poor!

@_austrian seats allocated randomly when checking in online. Can you tell me why I have to pay €46 to move to another seat in the same section to sit next to my travelling companion (wife). Unlike some married couples we like sitting with each other 🤣.

@_austrian crazy that it costs €46 euro to sit next to my travelling companion in a standard economy seat. I appreciate airlines might be struggling but that’s just a rip off!
