@voitechnology - why is it so hard to get help? The scooter I was riding stopped working and was hard to move, so I had to leave it where it was (not in a parking zone) as I was late for an appointment. No response to my support request and I can’t end the ride!!

@inov_8 I bought these in September 2020 for my wife and part of the grip is coming off already! Surely they should last more than 7 months being used twice a week for an hour each time???

@SalomonSports @TheRunCompany I’ve had these shoes a week (done 3 runs) and part of the grip on my brand new s/lab ultra 3 has completely disappeared! Very disappointing...not to mention anxiety inducing in the run up to my first 100km!! Help please!!
