@heiselias_@amkingoshimolor Do you see how you’re unable to maintain a coherent line of reasoning??….like I said, you’re either terribly ignorant which is absolutely a fault of yours or na so you just be.
@heiselias_@UlohoRespect@amkingoshimolor Dude, you think this is a ball measuring contest??….we are literally talking about our lives and our survival and you’re either ignorant as hell about your reality or na so you just be.
@UlohoRespect@heiselias_@amkingoshimolor Exactly what they want, “Nigerians should take responsibility”…….when would they start blaming themselves? Or they are not part of the Nigerians?….ignorance is terrible.
I want people to actually read this entire exchange because it perfectly illustrates something much bigger than dating.
Her argument is, “If men are listening to women, why aren’t they using that info to become the men women want?”
I explained that a man can listen, understand perfectly, and use that information to become more selective, pursue less, establish different boundaries or simply decide he disagrees.
Watch how the standard moves throughout the conversation, Listen -> understand -> apply -> apply it in a way that benefits women.
If he hears her, understands her argument, processes the information and reaches a different conclusion, his understanding is treated as defective.
This is why so many conversations between men and women go nowhere. “You don’t understand me” often times really means “you understood me, but you didn’t arrive at the conclusion I wanted.”
And this is exactly why my original point matters, men are listening.
Social media has given men unprecedented access to women openly discussing everything pertaining to dating, sex & relationships.
The mistake is assuming that greater understanding of women would automatically make men more accommodating toward women.
Sometimes information creates empathy and sometimes it makes you more cautious, less idealistic, more selective and changes who you’re willing to pursue altogether.
You cannot demand that men listen to women and then invalidate what they learned because you don’t like what they did with the information.
Ironically, the reaction to men changing their behavior may be the strongest evidence that men were listening all along.
2023: Speaking or not speaking the Yoruba language was a big debate.
2027: It’s still a big debate leading up to the elections.
Aside from a few cross-carpeting, the proponents and opponents of this argument have remained the same.
In fact, beyond the native-language debate, virtually all election talking points from last term have resurfaced.
What I find hard to reconcile is that some people genuinely are expecting a different outcome this term.
I refuse to believe that the people of this country can never receive sense.
This is the kind of "opposition" Nigerians love. Sue the presidency in a court that is under the authority of the Chief Justice who is appointed by the presidency.
1,000 motion, 0 movement.
If you tell them that they'd get a much bigger result if they came out in numbers and blockaded the US embassy in Abuja like the Nigeriens did the French embassy in Niamey 3 years ago, they'll tell you "Why don't you come to Nigeria and do it yourself? CIA man!"
Make una continue to dey whine una selves. Continue to "hold your leaders accountable" by suing them in Kekere-Ekun's court, and "voting them out" with an INEC that receives funding from the US government under a commissioner that is an APC member.
And when it doesn't work, do it again. If it didn't work the first 569,000 times you already did it, try it another 697,000,000 times. When you're reaching the end of the 55 years you are statically likely to survive as a Nigerian and you're finally realising nothing has changed, instead of telling your kids to do the opposite of what you did, tell them "nIgEriA iS cUrSed, dO aNythInG yOu cAn tO mOvE tO cAnaDa".
Very wise people, Nigerians. 🥲
Music shapes entire generations, and they don't even have to be aware while it's happening.
It's like Mohbad (Imole) said: "Music no need permission to enter your spirit. Anyhow anywhere you must to feel it."
Look at the impact of Olu Maintain’s "Yahooze" in 2007. It served as a massive cultural catalyst for the "Yahoo-Yahoo" epidemic we see today.
If a single song can shift the youth's moral ideology so drastically, imagine the geopolitical threat of a global icon doing the exact opposite.
That was Bob Marley. His reggae was the psychological spine of anti-colonial revolutions worldwide.
He sang "Rasta don't work for no CIA" because he knew his art directly threatened Western hegemony (aka Babylon 🤣🤣)— which is precisely why knowledgeable insiders link the CIA to his 1976 assassination attempt.
Look at Fela Kuti. His Afrobeat was an outright declaration of war against neo-colonial puppets. To silence him, the local military government subjected him to over 200 arrests, burned his Kalakuta Republic to the ground, and murdered his mother. If a Nigerian regime used that level of raw military terrorism just to contain one man in Lagos, how hard do you think the global imperial apparatus will clamp down when an artist stands in the way of their entire global agenda?
This brings us to the ultimate end game: Geopolitics and demographic management.
By 2050, Africa will hold the fastest-growing youth population on earth. Nearly 1 out of every 4 people in the world will be African, and 1 out of 6 African will be Nigerian, with 1 out of every 25 random human on earth being Nigerian.
In the cold calculus of Western intelligence, a hyper-conscious, politically literate African youth population is an existential risk to Western hegemony and resource control.
More importantly, you must know that the mortal fear of the West is that if they fell out of power, others would do to them what they've done around the world for centuries.
So they figure that if a demographic giant wakes up to the frequency of Felas and Marleys, they will become completely ungovernable.
So how do you control a population that massive without deploying armies? You do it through the algorithm. You fund and amplify a modern, sanitized music industry that rewards escapism, hyper-individualism, and material wealth over consciousness.
By filtering out the revolutionary spark, the global imperial apparatus achieves ultimate containment and neutralization. They don't need to assassinate the prophets anymore ("how long shall they kill our prophets...?"); they just use music and entertainment to turn a potential revolutionary generation into completely redolent, bio-pliable 'fauna'.
LOL here's the solution.
1. Vote for Peter Obi next year.
2. Win the vote.
3. Lose the election result.
4. Watch the marching band play "On Your Mandate" at Eagle Square on May 29.
5. Do "All Eyes On The Judiciary" Part 2
6. Lose in court.
7. Campaign for Peter Obi 2031...
@chukavigi When someone steals your property, you don’t go around asking people for a solution, you move to action….why then do you keep on asking others for a solution when your life is being stolen from you?
Mike Benz Links CIA, U.S. State Department, UK Soft Power Funding To African Musicians And Record Labels
In this video, taken from a March 22, 2026 livestream, former US State Department official Mike Benz spotlights Nigeria's Chocolate City Music Group as one of the beneficiaries under the US State Department's little-known 'American Music Mentorship Programme' - a semi-clandestine US soft power/influence operation that co-opts music artists and record labels around the world into service to American political objectives.
Later this week, The Spearhead's @Big_Mck will be releasing a long-form piece addressing the revelations from the livestream and the wider implications of American foreign influence operations embedding themselves into cultural spaces across Africa and its diaspora.
