For the record. Anyone saying David Benavidez is ducking Dmitry Bivol, know this: I sent Bivol an $8 million offer, guaranteed purse in escrow, to fight Benavidez in March 2025 and he turned it down. You can Google it. At the time it was four times Bivol’s record salary and he still said no. So David moved on. And after waiting for him and Canelo too long, he decided not to wait for anyone ever again. Those are the facts. I spoke to Sampson Lewkowicz today and he said “tell them (Camp Bivol) send a contract right now and we will go wherever and kick his ass.” @SampsonBoxing

No, I personally sent an offer from PBC and Sampson to Bivol’s camp in March 2025 for $8 million to fight David Benavides. He chose to try and face Beterbiev instead. David got sick of waiting for Canelo. He got sick of waiting for Bivol, so now he’s trying to make a legacy by waiting for no one. You can embarrass yourself all you want, but it’s simply not the truth.
