Why weren't we at Proof of Talk this year?

We were heads down shipping. While everyone was in Paris, we finished moving the entire platform onto TEE and brought our first Blackwell B200s online. The validator got a full rebuild too.

Full TEE means the whole stack now runs inside secure hardware enclaves, top to bottom.

The Blackwell B200s are a real jump in power. They handle bigger models and push a lot more throughput. Nemotron-3 Ultra 550B is the first model live on them.

The validator rebuild was the quiet win. It autoscales now and runs a lot cheaper, with tighter security baked in and no hit to performance.

Proof of Talk is a great event and we wish we could have been there. This time though we just had too much converging to step away, so the work came first. We'll catch the next one in person.
