@IamTeraWinters If the email is legit then there's something going on there. Deposits should be a one-time thing at the start of the lease. At least in CT, where I'm from, they can only ask for additional security deposit money if the rent has increased or there's been some demonstrated damage

@IamTeraWinters That's certainly achievable. The HBO series "Entourage," for instance, had no issues with utilizing porn stars in mainstream type roles. You just need the right vehicle.
