When myself and other alums present a NIL collective, and the school admin make 0 effort to adapt and accept changes, this news is not surprising. Also when the school is dominated by student athletes, how do they think this transition will lead to more money/opportunities.

When President Clinton banned assault rifles in 1994, mass shootings dropped by 43%. After Republicans let the ban expire in 2004, they increased by 243% โ please donโt tell me bans donโt work, because I donโt want to hear it.
@tallboywonder Iโm not sure if itโs a masculinity issue as much as it is a policy issue. Itโs fair to say the overwhelming majority of men wouldnโt dream of doing a mass shooting. The problem is the small percentage of men that do have no trouble getting their hands on military weapons.
@tallboywonder I agree with you there. No real change is going to happen on this issue until politicians stop accepting money from gun advocacy groups like @NRA and put the safety of their citizens first.
@tallboywonder People in other countries have mental health problems too. Theyโre not shooting up schools and grocery stores though. The problem in the US is that these people have access to military grade weapons with relative ease.
