Ahem... Volatility is harvested and converted into a twap plus additional liquidity. This improves holder outcomes for launches using this hook on @bordrlessdex. If the coin is a quick pnd... The guys left holding the bag get to exit into deeper liquidity at higher avg prices. If it sustains, the twap grows and the liquidity grows as the coin matures.
