Sometimes the biggest decision in poker isn't finding the right play. It's deciding not to quit.

I first met @LukeJu22 back in May at Champions Club when he and @bigredpokerr came to play the Texas Poker Open.

Lucas built stacks in the Main Event flights, but failed to parlay those into a Day 2 stack. Hayden finished 14th for $13,000.

Fast forward a little over two months. Lucas is now the chip leader at the @WSOP Main Event final table.

After the photos were taken, the crowd had cleared, and the media interviews had wrapped up, he walked over to me and said something that stuck with me:

"I nearly quit poker after Champions."

Luckily he didn't. Now he's guaranteed $1 million and enters the final table as the favorite to win $10 million.

Sometimes all it takes is deciding to stick with it.
