hard truth.
if you aren't shipping constantly, you aren't a serious company.
by the time non-serious companies have had 3924569420 meetings and 344092015 emails about launching initiative X, a serious company has already launched X,Y, Z and learned what worked and what didn't.
your engineering team should be shipping.
your marketing team should be shipping.
your product team should be shipping.
your operations team? shipping.
finance and accounting? shipping.
shipping is not the moat, it's the expectation.
what are you shipping today?
what's holding you back?

"Not every expensive thing is the same kind of flex.
A luxury watch?
Mostly signaling.
A supercar?
Fun, but for most people it still gets you from A to B
Oceanfront living is different.
There's an actual lifestyle function.
Access to the water.
More time outside.
Swimming.
Surfing.
Boating.
Walking the coast.
A quieter environment.
A daily setting that can genuinely change how you spend your time.
That's the distinction I care about.
I'm not against expensive things.
I just ask:
**Does this materially improve my life—or does it mostly prove I can afford it?**
The older 1 get, the less interested 1 am in conspicuous consumption.
I'd rather spend money on things that improve health, freedom, experiences, and the way I live every day.
Status fades fast.
A better life compounds."
For all the Tesla chatter, market news, Claude tutorials, tech launches and political noise..
Just remember.
At the end of the day.
This is what it's all about.
Love your neighbor.
