That Police officer saying “if you were Igbo I would have detained you” it’s evident that state police will not work…when you move to a state that’s not your ‘tribe’ and they find out you are not from the state you might be arrested.
Nigeria is too fragile to have state police.
We live in a society where young people are no longer safe,secure,protected or loved without ‘MONEY’.
Being a young person is stressful, too much societal demand on the young.
From the pastors, imam, police, teachers, lecturers to the general public.
It’s all about money now.

From lecturers to pastors, to managers at workplace, to random strangers on the street... Most times, girls are made to endure nasty comments, s3xual hårassment and åssaults just for existing. Our society needs to do better.
