@SouthernRailUK on the 20.31 from brighton to Hastings and none of the toilets work, surely the service shouldn't run? £50 for 2 returns and that's the service we get? Really?

@SouthernRailUK the 7.43 from BTN to VIC is delayed EVERY single day. How do you not learn that clapham is congested every morning? Why not put less services on or be honest and put the journey time up by 10 mins?
