@clicgear I appreciate my 4.0 is 30 months old now; and didn’t mind changing the brake cable and the central clasp due to wear and tear but having the main frame completely shear below the handle mid round is extremely disappointing #golf #CustomerService #faulty #PGA

Hey @TitleistEurope I’m absolutely gutted!!

Had this since new and absolutely love it. One of the main reasons I managed to get my handicap from 5 to 2.

Is this a known issue? Can it be fixed?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
