An industry veteran once told me I was
“wasting professionals’ time”
trying to break into the auto industry.

He laughed at the idea that social media was the future and told me, “Print is still in and still on top.”

Fast forward nearly a decade later…
I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in the game and helping build brands in the digital space.

This isn’t about calling anyone out.
It’s about lifting the next generation up.

Because you never know who you’re talking to,
the next Ken Block,
a future CEO,
or someone who’s about to change the industry entirely.

Encourage curiosity.
Respect passion.

I was born and spent most of my life overseas.
Different bases. Different countries.
That was home for me.
And when I finally moved back to the States,
it felt like a big deal,
like this was it.

America.🇺🇸

But now that I’ve been here a while,
this place feels more divided than I’ve ever seen it.

I see friends I care about throwing hate at each other online like it’s nothing.
People getting louder, meaner, more reactive.
And these aren’t hateful people.
They’re just lost. Hurt. Tired.
And it breaks my heart to watch it all unravel like this.

I’m not trying to make this political.
I don’t care what side you’re on.
I’m not here to argue, convince, or cancel.
I’m just saying this as a man who’s lived all over the world, seen how other countries operate, and came back proud to call this place home,

We’ve lost our center.

And I believe, fully, that we need to turn back to God.
Not religion.
Not some moral high horse.
Not “look how good I am” posts.
Just God. Real, unshakable faith.
The kind of faith that humbles you.
Grounds you.
Changes how you treat people.

I’m not perfect.
I definitely dont have it all figured out.

But I know we’re spiraling.
And if we don’t start looking inward
if we don’t start fighting for each other instead of fighting each other…
we’re gonna lose more than just arguments.

We’re gonna lose ourselves.

I love America. Even when it’s messy.
Even when it hurts.
And I still believe we can turn it around.
But it starts with us.
With how we live. How we talk. What we stand for.
