@greateranglia get on train at stratford stopping at Billericay, there is then a decision to stop at Shenfield only and then non stop all the way to Southend vic. 2 hour journey home now all it would’ve taken would be a member of staff to walk down train at Shenfield advising

@etihad hi, have a trip booked departing LHR on 21st March on EY66 with onward travel from AUH to MLE. Have not seen EY66 scheduled past few days nor tomorrow or 12th. EY068 is currently operational, is it anticipated that we will move onto EY068 if EY66 does not fly?

@FirstEssex son waiting to catch 13A bus from normal stop and the scheduled bus took a detour from South Hanningfield down Middlemead. Is there no way you can notify of missing a chunk of the route out?

This is a 1 bus per 2 hour service so he has no other option than now needing to be picked up and having to wait around d even longer, not good enough today @FirstEssex
