@SSE why are you so dishonest? 7-10 days for a refund which is refused because of your policies.....? But it takes 30 seconds for you to take money from accounts..... how much are you holding from customers, while it sits in your bank account?

@SSE holding customers money in their accounts, not providing refunds when asked.. they're holding on to over £1000 of our money and won't give it back..... no communication as to why... Dick Turpin was more honest than these jokers.
