@SteelSeries hi guys. Tried submitting a ticket but it wouldn't work. My new arctis 3 bt is very distorted while connected wirelessly or wired on my ps4.
Any suggestions?

@AskPS_ANZ hi guys, i want to renew my psn subscription but it's not allowing me to use the 20% off. Just says 'purchased'. My only option is the full price one. Can you help?

@TeamYouTube ?

@TeamYouTube hi guys, I forgot to verify my account before uploading a 30 minute video and now processing has been abandoned. Is there a way to restart this or do I have to reupload??

@AskPS_ANZ guys i posted a support ticket on Sunday regarding a UFC ppv that wouldn't work and i haven't heard anything. Can you update me? Ticket # is 200510-003420

@AskPS_ANZ This is a ps4 issue guys. There's no sync issues with the tv when i'm not using ps4

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@AskPS_ANZ hi guys, i recently got a brand new Sony TV and since then ive been having audio sync issues with the TV. Alternating audio output from PCM to bitstream or restarting helps but quite quickly it goes out of sync again. Can you guys help?

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@AskPS_ANZ This is pretty annoying guys. The fan noise shouldn't be loud up enough to be distracting from the actual game surely? I was keen to preorder the ps5 but i think i'll switch to xbox. A quick google search shows i'm clearly not alone with this issue either.

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@AskPS_ANZ hi guys, my ps4 pros fan noise appears to be getting worse. Will I void my warranty if l open it up to clean inside?

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@AskPS_ANZ It's definitely well ventilated and i even have it sitting on one those platform cooling fans to help with the cooling. Could you give me details for the warranty team? I was told if running the vacuum across the vents wouldn't work i might be entitled to a replacement.

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@AskPS_ANZ Just gameplay. Which is frustrating when i try to play horror games like Resident Evil which are quiet for suspensefulness.

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@AskPS_ANZ Gave it a very light vacuum and then blew it out with a compressed air can but fan noise is still in an issue guys :(

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@AskPS_ANZ Alright i'll give that a go. And if that doesn't help, what are my options? It's only a year old and the loud fan noise happens on disc and download games

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@SpotifyCares hi, I've tried setting up Voice Control for Spotify on my Android as per your online instructions but it's not working. Ive allowed permissions to microphone but when i hold the search icon nothing happens.

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@AskPS_ANZ Which region do I select? Australia doesn't appear to be in any of them.

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@AskPS_ANZ Hi guys,
I was recently refunded $64 due to my UFC live event not working properly. I'm grateful for the refund but I was hoping to get the money refunded into my bank account, not my playstation wallet. Is it possible to withdraw the funds?

[Michael J Moore @bigtalkingbird]

@AskPS_ANZ Hi guys,
Can I check on the status of my support request. I have a reference number.
