@TrooperBenKHP By law..."A" 100% of the time!!!...In reality "A" thinks "B" needs to yield and "B" thinks they need to change lanes to make room for "A". Changing lanes in front of "C" in the left lane that is about to pass "B" effectively cutting off "C" and making "C" slam on their brakes.

@AskLyft I don't want to discuss any details with you, I would just like to see him get the payment he is due, if your app allowed a trip that shouldn't have taken place then that should be your issue, he drove the trip and should be paid. Btw, he wasn't the first driver to get the trip.
