The Conversion Guy 🇳🇬 · I help eCommerce & DTC brands turn traffic into actual revenue · Founder @Upracoreteam · Most people want results. Few earn them.
@auradotech That is one of the biggest hidden revenue gaps in eCommerce right now.
The customer already trusted the brand enough to buy once. Smart post purchase flows turn that momentum into repeat purchases, upsells, referrals, and stronger LTV without increasing acquisition cost.
Exactly.
Browse intent is extremely valuable because the customer is already signaling interest before entering checkout.
When the flow is structured properly with timing, personalization, and product relevance, it quietly becomes one of the strongest recovery automations in the system.
That is a massive point.
Most flows are technically active but strategically weak.
An abandoned cart sequence should not be judged by whether it exists. It should be judged by recovery rate, conversion lag, AOV impact, and customer intent matching.
Small structural optimizations inside flows regularly create revenue lifts without increasing traffic spend.
Exactly.
Most stores are optimizing acquisition while completely under optimizing retention.
The highest performing brands I work with are not sending more emails. They are sending more relevant emails based on customer behavior, purchase intent, and lifecycle stage.
That is the difference between using Klaviyo as a newsletter tool vs using it as a revenue system.
Checkout, honestly. Every time.
Above the fold you lose people who were never really sold yet. That is painful but it is early in the journey.
Checkout is where it gets expensive because that person already decided. They picked the product, checked the price, and still left. You paid to get them all the way there.
When I go through stores what I keep seeing at checkout is not complicated stuff. It is a fee that was not mentioned earlier. It is a forced account creation before they can pay. It is a payment page that just does not look safe enough at the exact moment someone is about to hand over their card details.
That last one gets underestimated a lot. People will talk themselves back out of a purchase in three seconds if something feels off right there.
So yeah fix the page for the people still deciding. But the checkout is usually where the real money is sitting uncollected.

We were conditioned to distrust what is ours.
Until we see that clearly we will keep rejecting the herb and paying a premium for the same thing in a foreign box.
Wake up. Look again. 😏
This isn't about Tea or Herbs.
Figure the real meaning out yourself...
Or what do you think? 🤔
We are quick to dismiss what comes from our own soil our own people, our own ideas, our own solutions.
Crude. Corrupt. Unreliable.
But wrap it in a foreign accent or a government slogan? We accept it. We celebrate it. We even defend it.
The suffering is not new. The exploitation is not new.
Every cycle, same system. New name. New face. New slogan and we receive it like it is something different.
Meanwhile the person from our own community actually trying to build something real?
Doubted. Dismissed. Torn down.
Life without playing music is inconceivable for me. I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music. I get the most joy in life out of music.👌💯
