1. All Avengers movies (except Age of Ultron)
Avengers: Doomsday is a direct sequel to Avengers: Endgame, making the Avengers films essential viewing.

2. Loki – Seasons 1 & 2 (Series)
The only Disney+ series that's truly essential. It explains timelines, variants, and introduces the Time Variance Authority (TVA), all of which are expected to play a major role in Doomsday.

Demonstrates the dangers of the multiverse and shows how a multiversal incursion can be triggered during the climax.

4. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
Further explores the multiverse, incursions, and the consequences of traveling between universes.

5. The Fantastic Four: First Steps
Introduces Marvel's First Family, with the post credit scene setting up Doctor Doom. Both Doctor Doom and the Fantastic Four are expected to be central to Doomsday.

6. Thunderbolts*
Introduces the Thunderbolts team. Its post credit scene is essentially a scene from Avengers: Doomsday, making it an important lead in.
