🚨🗣️ @David_Ornstein on Manchester United’s third midfielder:
"I expect 1 MORE midfielder [for Manchester United] which has always been the plan.
The Ederson deal isn’t happening in its current guise. He might be the one considered as the last one by Manchester United later in the window if Atalanta are still interested and he’s still available, and if the player would still be willing.
They have other candidates. They’ve been linked with Manu Koné, Alex Scott is a player they love but Bournemouth insist he’s not for sale at any price. Further back there was Baleba and Wharton.
Untied have quite a clear vision on what they want. I imagine, looking at the profiles they’ve got now, they’d want somebody with legs. Somebody that can really cover ground and provide complementary qualities to those players."

🚨 Marcus Rashford on his future: “I was very clear…. I wanted any move done before the World Cup. If it’s not, I wanted it to wait until after. I want to be fully present in the moment”.
“We’re fighting for something special.”
🚨🗣️ @David_Ornstein on Alex Scott:
"Arsenal really like him and Manchester United do too. Bournemouth have no intention of selling him, that’s the word coming from the club. Even if it was an astronomical offer, they are adamant he is staying put at least for the first season of Marco Rose."

🚨 JUST IN: Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are both interested in signing Mason Greenwood from Olympique de Marseille this summer - Marseille are under pressure to sell players to comply with Financial Fairplay, and Greenwood valued at around €80M is their most valuable asset.
The North London rivals are both in the market for attackers, while Roma are also keen on the former Manchester United forward; United stand to pocket 40% of any transfer fee thanks to a sell-on clause inserted in his move to France.

🚨🗣 JUST IN - Fabrizio Romano:
"My understanding is that Man City would be prepared to offer really, really important money to Elliot Anderson. They're prepared to invest BIG money."
"City are leading the race, but United remain in the battle in case City are not able to close the deal. United remain very interested in the player." [@FabrizioRomano, YT]
🚨 PIF confirm Prince Al Waleed bin Talal Al Saud’s Kingdom Holding Company today signed a binding share purchase and sale agreement to acquire 70% of Al-Hilal.
PIF only ever intended to become a medium-term owner so sale pre-planned for some time.
Sales of Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad and Al-Ahli will also be planned over the coming years.
Al-Nassr want Cristiano Ronaldo to buy a stake.
🚨 BREAKING:
🗣️ @RobDorsettSky:
"I honestly don't know [who gets it]. I think all of the options [Solskjaer, Carrick, Fletcher] are all on the table.
I think that's what Jason Wilcox is considering now. It will be his call, his recommendation. Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Omar Berrada will either rubberstamp it or not agree.
From what I'm hearing, it's sounding increasingly UNLIKELY that it will be a combination of those old boys that take the interim role until the end of the season. The initial talks seem to suggest that maybe Carrick and Solskjaer can't work together. They are both number ones.
Carrick has done more on the training field but Ole has done more at Manchester United as the main man. He's been there and done it. We'll see how that develops over the coming days.
It's definite that Solskjaer and Carrick are the frontrunners. Which one has the lead? I'm not sure at this stage."

🚨🗣️ @JacobsBen:
"My understanding is Kobbie Mainoo was speaking through his brother, he knew about the t-shirt, and he endorsed the message."
[@UnitedStandMUFC]
🚨🗣️ @FabrizioRomano:
"Elliot Anderson and Adam Wharton are on the list, but what I can say is Carlos Baleba has always been seen as the top target by Ruben Amorim, with his quality and intensity, is something he really wants in the midfield."

🚨 JUST IN: Manchester United have made Senne Lammens their GK priority and now speaking club-to-club with Royal Antwerp. Deal has moved closer for him.
