@Elenurazor001@ericmogendi27@ImranQu07014300@ConnCFC You can literally just run past smn cover your mouth and say it cus it's not confrontational, you can cover your mouth a day it while leaving for half time and full time, you can say it during set pieces, when players run to the keepers they can say it.
@Kyoya653@Angi88579569@ChegbeE@AustinWave2000@ManagerTactical Remove the covering of the mouth entirely. You don't know what they said so you can't paint it with a broad brush and say everytime they cover their mouths during confrontation they say something hurtful. They can say it at anytime so remove being able to cover your mouth.
@Kyoya653@Angi88579569@ChegbeE@AustinWave2000@ManagerTactical That's the issue tho, you're banking on one players word against the other in the latter and when it comes to the first it's a reflex action, so instead of a warning your team is instantly down to 10 men because you covered your mouth and said I have diarrhoea
@Kyoya653@Angi88579569@ChegbeE@AustinWave2000@ManagerTactical It then becomes a maybe punishment regardless of it intended or not because you don't know what the person said. Hence a yellow. It becomes "idk wtf he said so imma just send him off." A warning is much better. "Idk wtf you just said but I'm giving you a warning"
@siuuuuuu_RMA@CloarTyler@Ajax_Braz Then it's a his words Vs mine thing. Overall just a silly rule should be a yellow or just ban covering your mouth outright
@BabatundeA218@Josh57028110@CaniSports The rule on applies to confrontational situations, so they can literally just say it during regular play if they wanna, it's a silly rule
@siuuuuuu_RMA@CloarTyler@Ajax_Braz It applies to confrontation, what if they're preparing for a set piece and they say something racist? Is it confrontational?
@ericmogendi27@ImranQu07014300@HomeEndHeros@ConnCFC Ik and I understand that but the amount of loopholes this rule has is so silly. He could literally just walk by and say something racist but it's not "confrontational", yfm?
@Karlsn3@F0RGIAT0 And that doesn't help stop racism. Cus they can still say it to players during regular play if they want to. It's a rule with a massive loophole, it's dumb.
@Karlsn3@F0RGIAT0 I don't think English is your fire language but regardless, having it during high pressure is dumb. Either you have it or you don't. You're allowing them to do it of course during the heat of the match they'll forget. It's a stupid rule.
@ericmogendi27@ImranQu07014300@HomeEndHeros@ConnCFC My point is they do it so much during a heated situation it's going to be a reflex. That's the point. That's why it's dumb. Either you can or you can't.
