Didn’t even get a registration of complaint via SMS. This number had to be extracted from CS person, who was initially unwilling to even share this. Are you competing for worlds worst service?

Purchased an Aquaguard in Sec 22. Croaked 3 days back. Lodged complaint with cust services. Promised 3 hours turnaround. It’s 3 days and am still waiting. cust service says “will be resolved asap” They don’t know what asap means. Most pathetic service that I’ve got
