I ordered some snacks today. It was delivered to some other person by your delivery partner even without asking about name of person who ordered. Now he beought it back from other person and I found out order is half consumed. But your customer care is not assisting.

@airtelindia I have created a request on 15th May to remove one Airtel connection as I have moved away from the place. Airtel sent me a confirmation message that it will be removed in 7 days. But it's not honored. Today again bill for that is generated and I am asked to pay.

I don't understand why it's so difficult to remove one connection with valid reasons. In my current location I have taken Airtel Black as well. I am thinking whether I should remove that as well. @airtelindia

@IndiaPostOffice The parcel with tracking id EW161159924IN is showing wrong status that addressee cannot be located. The parcel has not even reached the destination post office then why such status. The complaint form is also a joke, I am never able to submit it. Please check
