The driver was untrained on usage of app. I booked another ride which connected back to him and again cancelled by his lack of understanding of the app. One of the worst and weird once in a life time experience with Uber

@UberINSupport On my recent ride the driver s app was showing 'Dropping off' at the beginning of the trip. He refused to ferry and requested to cancel. I have lost 15-20 minutes waiting and reorganizing another cab. Additionally you have charged me a part of the trip
