This is absolutely true!
But Atheism has more fundamental problem:
1. It is souless. By rejecting the existence of God who should be prayed, they eventually replace it with something else like money, science, rationalism or in many cases the individual himself

This would mean that if they succeed in their objectives, the tolerant ideologies will be wiped out while the intolerant ones will be left behind and since the atheists will never take them on, over a few years, the intolerant ideology will be the only one left.
