@guitarted1961 Hard to tell if gravel bikes are becoming road bikes or if road bikes are becoming gravel bikes. Many go-fast road bikes with clearance up to 34+, and endurance road bikes with clearance of 38+, all with the wide range gearing you mentioned. The lines are certainly blurring.
@altini_marco Thanks Marco. Those tags were already active but I’ve reset them so I will see if that works going forward.
Bummer on the TSS but I understand not your rule. I actually have an active TP coach account but do not have an active premium account for myself.
@altini_marco Hi Marco, new to HRV4TRAINING and excited about integrating it in to my dataset and training. A question: App is linked to both Health and TrainingPeaks but I still have to manually enter sleep and TSS, should those pull in automatically?
@TrainingPeaks Reading through your website it seems like Apple Health should push HRV and maybe RHR to TP as a metric. I’m logged in on my phone and all permissions are on but it’s not working. Am I missing something?
@SciGuySpace Do you know why they fly Super Heavy with the grid fins out? Seems like a lot of drag, but maybe negligible compared to the larger thrust of the rocket? Too much work to launch folded in then deploy for landing like on F9?
@RobertPickels@jfriel@TrainingPeaks My thought is if I workout today, I should be fitter tomorrow than I was today, not instantly fit today and then less fit tomorrow assuming no workout.
@RobertPickels@jfriel I agree about TSB and wanting to see it for the day before the load, but aren’t fitness and fatigue ALSO a result of load, and also come after? I want to see CTL and ATL for the day, pre-load, and they could/should change the day after a workout just like TSB does. @TrainingPeaks
@jfriel Probably too big of a question for Twitter but I think it’s valid. Another way to look at it is when evaluating past performances, the only value that’s valid for that day is TSB, because CTL & ATL are affected by that day’s race or workout instead of what they were at the start.
@jfriel Why do CTL, ATL and TSB all go DOWN the day after a workout? Shouldn’t CTL and ATL go up, while TSB goes down? Why do CTL and ATL go UP the day OF a workout? Seems it would be better to know CTL and TSB for the day of a workout or race than to know what they were after.
@kellenbrauer If everybody has a good night who could spoil that top 7? Count Craig in I think. AC maybe? AP has potential but less likely. If they end up bumping their teammate you could still get the manufacturer flush.
